You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line CANCEL. The current month's subscription will run out until it is cancelled, but you will not be billed again. If you entered Dynamic Think Tank under a special rate and subsequently cancel, you may rejoin at the current regular monthly rate.

If you paid for a year in advance, you may cancel anytime after three (3) months of membership by contacting [email protected] with the subject line CANCEL. We will refund your yearly subscription at a pro-rated rate, but will withhold the first three months as penalty fees. If you entered Dynamic Think Tank under a special rate and subsequently cancel, you may rejoin at the current regular monthly rate.

Challenges and their replays are non-refundable unless authorized by Dynamic Think Tank through email on a case-by-case basis.
